frequently asked questions

GENERAL FAQS:

What should I wear during the sessions?

If you're coming for treatment work I strongly recommend arriving in workout attire. This is because P-DTR's muscle testing is best done with clothes that don't restrict movement or have thick fabric for receptor engagement. For the hands-on portion of a massage feel free to undress to your level of comfort. If you feel more comfortable nude, you may undress completely and position your body under the sheet. Your body will be properly draped to protect your modesty.

What payment methods do you accept?

Level Up Massage accepts credit cards, Venmo, cash and HSA/FSA running them as a debit card.

Do I accept insurance?

Level Up Bodywork does not take medical insurance. If you are looking for out-of-network reimbursement my receipts have all the information you should need for reimbursement including procedure codes. Diagnostic codes need to be provided by another healthcare provider that has that within their scope.

Should I tip?

Level Up no longer accepts tips. The price you see, is the price you pay.

Are there add-ons?

Level Up does not have add-ons. I believe in charging for my time and using any tools and skills necessary to accomplish the results you are looking for.

Cancellation policy

For cancellations within less than 24-hours notice, including no-shows, you will be charged the full session fee.
