I. Treatment Sessions
*Level Up Bodywork does not accept insurance, but receipts are provided for HSAs & FSAs.
*Super-Bills are provided upon request for reimbursement.
*NO TIPPING at Level Up
II. Gift Cards
Gift cards are perfect gift to friends and family. They can be used for celebrating a special event, helping someone recover, or just showing you appreciate them. Electronic Gift (eGift) Cards are ordered online and can be sent to you or the person you wanted to purchase it for. Just be sure to pull up the email or print out the eGift to present at the time of check out. If you want to gift someone a great treatment session in Seattle than this is a great option.
III. Cancellation Policy
For cancellations within less than 24-hours notice, including no-shows, you will be charged the full session fee.
If you are redeeming a gift card or voucher and fail to cancel or reschedule, your gift card or voucher will be redeemed and will not be available for future use.
