What Is Intraoral Massage?
Intraoral massage involves soft tissue manipulation of the muscles inside the mouth. This is performed with utilizing gloves.

Muscles worked intraorally can include: masseter, suprahyoids, tongue, medial and lateral pterygoid. Muscle worked outside the jaw include: masseter, infra and suprahyoids and temporalis.
Benefits of intraoral massage include:
Reduction in jaw muscle tone and tension
